Grits grains (Freekeh) natural: it’s a Grits or wheat germ burned to extract from wheat before wheat Simmer (harvested) on May, then we start producing it to be a clean 99% purity full grain or even crushed without any impurities or ash (natural color is green)

Grits grains (Freekeh) dyed: it’s a wheat after harvested on May,  then boiled in water boilers then dried in sun, then dyed to a yellow color or green color (it could be without dyed) , then we start producing it to be a 99% purity clean full grain or even crushed without any impurities or ash.

Moisture: for both kinds of Freekeh grits not exceed 1% max.

Forms: for both kinds of Freekeh grits grains or crushed.

Origin: Egypt.
